Beginning Monday through July 31, Arby's will offer the $5.99 "Wagyu Steakhouse Burger" as a limited-time special.
The business claims that their new burger will be the "highest-quality burger the market has seen yet,
" with a combination of Wagyu beef and ground beef.The burger was developed over a two-year period.
Wagyu, which translates to "Japanese cow," refers to a variety of cattle breeds prized for their buttery suppleness and rich flavor.
The 6.4-ounce Arby's burger is made up of 52 percent American Wagyu and 48 percent
ground beef and cooked "sous vide style" for a juicy and tender burger.
Arby's claims to be 50% larger than McDonald's Quarter Pounder.
